Supreme Court of Canada to rule on repatriation of Guantanamo detainee Omar Khadr

The Supreme Court of Canada will issue its decision on Friday, January 29, 2010 in the case of Omar Khadr. Mr. Khadr has been held in Guantanamo Bay since 2002, when he was 15 years old. In 2003, Canadian officials interrogated Mr. Khadr and gave the information gathered to American officials, despite knowing that he had been subjected to abuse at Guantanamo.
