If you are not satisfied with Office of Reconsideration's decision you may wish to make a complaint with SIRC regarding the information that CSIS has supplied to the Passenger Protect Program or the Specified Persons Advisory Group. Note that SIRC cannot override the decision made by the Passenger Protect Program, but they can influence the information that is being provided to the PPP or SPAG. You may need to speak to SIRC to see if you need to complain to CSIS first.
You can have the decision of the Passenger Protect Program reviewed in Federal Court.
