Rights and Freedoms
The BCCLA is committed to working with government and administrative partners to protect rights and freedoms
As part of the BCCLA’s mandate, our staff lawyers and board members regularly work with government agencies that are developing policies or legislation to ensure that rights and freedoms are adequately considered and protected. We have worked with government and administrative partners on many different security initiatives, legislative reforms and public education projects.
Please do not hesitate to contact us about your agency or department’s program, initiative or legislation if you feel the BCCLA could provide helpful feedback or assistance with outreach. There is no fee for this service.
