in Canada, and gives people a chance to become familiar with the different

This chapter focuses on how to protect
our rights by introducing relevant laws, agencies, and prodedures and
setting strategies to solve some of the problems citizens face in their
daily lives.

Citizenship Handbook and this Guide. Its focus is participation,

they think are important.
