  Howard Rubin

Howard Rubin was called to the bar in Manitoba in 1967. He considers himself a refugee from that province and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1973. He practices criminal and civil litigation, and calls himself the basement lawyer, because he has a full service office in his basement with two legal assistants, who really do all the work.
